CNC unwinding unit is a combination processing equipment for unwinding, leveling and transverse shearing of metal coils to get different sizes of sheet metal. It is composed of hydraulic uncoiler, hydraulic feeder, leveling machine, horizontal shear machine, fixed length detection device, stacking device and other single machine.

1. The high-speed precision leveling crosscutting unit adopts PLC programmable design, AC servo positioning system and man-machine interface operation, which can effectively improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality of finished products.
2. The operation of the whole machine can be switched automatically/manually, and in the automatic state, single action/linkage operation can be carried out.
3. Man-machine interface can set process parameters, store and display various data during production operation.
