2a12 aluminum plate product introduction
2A12 aluminum plate is a high-strength duralumin alloy in the aluminum-copper-magnesium series, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. Its composition is reasonable and its comprehensive performance is good. 2A12 aluminum plate has good weldability in spot welding, and tends to form intergranular cracks in gas welding and argon arc welding. The machinability of 2A12 aluminum plate is good after cold hardening. Corrosion resistance is not high, often using anodic oxidation treatment and painting method or surface coated with aluminum layer to improve the corrosion resistance.
