5a02 aluminum alloy is Al-Mg anti-rust aluminum, which has higher fatigue strength and high plasticity. Compared with 3A21, 5a02 aluminum alloy has higher strength, especially higher fatigue strength. High plasticity and corrosion resistance, similar to 3A21 in this respect; Heat treatment can not be strengthened, resistance welding and atomic hydrogen welding have good weldability, and argon arc welding has a tendency to form crystalline cracks; The alloy has good machinability under cold work hardening and semi-cold work hardening, poor machinability under annealing, and can be polished.

Heat treatment specification
1) Homogenizing annealing: heating 440℃; Keep heat for 12~14h; Air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: heating 350~410℃; Holding time 30~120min; Air or water cooling.
3) High temperature annealing: heating 350~420℃; When the thickness of the finished product is ≥6mm or <6mm, the holding time is 2~10min or 10~30min; Air cooling.
4) Low temperature annealing: heating 250~300℃ or 150~180℃; The holding time is 1 to 2 hours, and it is air-cooled
