1. Lightweight rail car body structure is one of the key technologies for railway to achieve high-speed train operation. 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy is a medium strength aluminum alloy, which is mainly used in the body manufacturing of urban rail cars, railway buses, especially high-speed EMUs.
2. 6005 alloy plate replaces 6063 alloy plate for building curtain wall. The elongation of 6005 aluminum plate is twice that of 6063 aluminum plate, and the mechanical properties of 6005-T5 are higher than 6063-T6, which is guaranteed in terms of mechanical properties when applied to the building curtain wall. After testing by the quality center, its air permeability, rain permeability, wind pressure deformation properties and in-plane deformation properties have reached the level specified in national standards.
