Four commonly used production processes for stainless steel welded pipes:

1, stainless steel welded pipe pickling passivation

Pickling passivation can produce a thin, dense and hard passivation film on the inner and outer walls of pipes and pipe fittings. The existence of passivation film is the fundamental reason for preventing corrosion of stainless steel pipe fittings.

2. Gas shielded welding

Under the gas protection, the chromium and nickel on the surface of the stainless steel will not be oxidized during welding, which retains the original characteristics and corrosion resistance of the stainless steel.

3, sealing material

The sealing material is the key point of the service life of the stainless steel pipeline, and the service life of the sealing material determines the service life of the stainless steel pipeline. Our stainless steel pipe fittings use chlorinated butyl sealing rings imported from abroad, the physical properties of the material are much higher than the domestic rubber material.

4, bright solid melting

Stainless steel pipe fittings after forming, welding process, must go through 1050 degrees of solid solution treatment, to eliminate the internal stress caused by deformation of stainless steel pipe fittings, reduce stress corrosion, can restore the intercrystalline changes in the welding process, so that the welding heat sensitive zone carbide dissolved in austenite, to prevent the performance of austenitic stainless steel brought adverse effects.
